Open, half open or closed, shown as green, orange and red markers right on the image. Head pose counts too: someone looking down is not falsely scored as "open". With several people in frame, every face gets its own rating.
What gets rated is the person in focus, not the background. A portrait with beautiful bokeh counts as sharp, a motion-blurred face as blurry. Reliably sorted.
Rate with the number keys, 0 clears. Ratings survive a reload.
Eyes, sharpness and a minimum star count together. "All sharp 4-star shots with open eyes" is one click.
A full crop editor with a rule-of-thirds grid, fixed aspect ratios or free-form, plus 90° rotation and flipping. The original stays untouched; the crop is only rendered on export.
A panel shows detected faces as tiles. One click zooms the large preview straight onto that face.
Camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, date, resolution, format and file size.
Double-click zooms to the spot, pinch on the trackpad, or use the zoom buttons. Check sharpness and eyes precisely.
ARW, CR2/CR3, NEF, DNG and more. RAW + JPG with the same name are merged into a single shot.

No. Ratings, crops and rotations are non-destructive and are only applied on export. Deleting moves the file to the Trash, so it can be restored.
JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF as well as common RAW formats (including ARW, CR2/CR3, NEF, DNG, RAF, ORF, RW2). RAW+JPG pairs are shown as a single shot.
